Victoria Jones, the daughter of Men in Black actor Tommy Lee Jones, was found dead early Thursday morning at a San Francisco hotel, according to reports from TMZ. She was 34 years old.
Emergency responders from the San Francisco Fire Department (SFFD) were dispatched to the Fairmont Hotel on Mason Street at approximately 2:52 a.m. after receiving a call regarding a medical emergency. Upon arrival, paramedics examined Jones and pronounced her dead at the scene.
Shortly after, the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) was notified and responded to the location. In a statement shared with Daily Mail, an SFPD spokesperson confirmed that officers arrived at a hotel in the 900 block of Mason Street around 3:14 a.m. following a report of a deceased person.
According to NBC Bay Area, Jones’ body was discovered in a hallway of the hotel in the early hours of January 1. Authorities have not released the cause of death, though initial reports indicate that foul play is not suspected. The investigation has been turned over to the Medical Examiner’s Office for further evaluation.
Victoria Jones was the daughter of Tommy Lee Jones, 79, and his former wife, Kimberlea Cloughley. The former couple also share a son, Austin Jones, who is 43.
She was introduced to the entertainment industry at a young age and appeared in her father’s 2002 film Men in Black II. She later featured in The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (2005), a project directed by Tommy Lee Jones. Her stepmother, Dawn Laurel-Jones, worked on the film as a stills photographer.
