As a key part of our supply chain team, you will ensure smooth functioning of warehouse activities, optimize logistics performance, and lead a team towards excellence in inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
As the Logistic & Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
✅ Warehouse Operations
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
- Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or understocking
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatches
✅ Inventory & Documentation
- Manage inventory systems, conduct regular stock audits, and generate reports
- Ensure all inbound and outbound documentation is accurate and timely
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues quickly
✅ Logistics & Transportation
- Coordinate with transport vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Optimize transport routes and reduce delivery time and costs
- Oversee fleet management and logistics compliance
✅ Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff
- Implement best practices in safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
✅ Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
🧩 Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and ERP tools
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
